Kids Parties

We will arrive 45 minutes before your party hire start time to set up.  If you need longer than this to set up, please let us know, we will accommodate where possible.

We give parties 30 minutes after the end of their paid hire time to take down decorations, clean down etc.

Yes, you can have any external entertainment you want at your party!  Please provide us with the details ahead of your event, so we can be aware of any technical requirements.

Unfortunately, as we are a hard wooden floor, we do not allow bouncy castles or inflatables in our building.  We do allow hire of soft play equipment for kids parties.

This is up to you!  Horse + Bamboo’s bar can be open and staffed for your kids birthday party.  You can choose if you want alcoholic drinks served to parents & grown-ups if you wish – please let us know in advance.

If you have the bar open, you are still welcome to bring your own cordial / soft drinks for kids, you do not have to purchase these from us.

You are welcome to provide all of your own soft drinks and bring your own tea & coffee for parents if you wish.  If you want to provide all your own drinks, you can do this instead of having the Horse + Bamboo bar open, and you can use our mugs & hot water urn.

However, you cannot bring your own alcoholic drinks on to the premises.

You can bring in your own food for your Birthday buffet or organise catering externally.  Horse + Bamboo does not have any onsite catering.
