Live Music in the Theatre at Horse + Bamboo from Heavy Salad + Lazlo Baby and Support Act : Iguanas on the Floor
Heavy Salad
Heavy Salad formed in Manchester in Autumn 2018 charged up on a myriad of musical influences, create a cosmic slop of melodic 90s tinged rock and psychedelic 60s inspired pop infused with the bands eclectic love of surf rock, electronic pop, funk, jazz, gospel and folk.
Lazlo Baby
Lazlo Baby are bringing their bouncing bazzing-buzzy beats, beaming in from far Eastern Stockport. Balkanic-folksy-ska with high octane exuberance, dabbling in the delights that klezmer, gypsy and trad Irish music have to offer, Lazlo Baby stitch together pounding melodies that’ll clobber you with their enthusiastic brouhaha.
Support Act : Iguanas on the Floor
Iguanas On The Floor is a Liverpool-based band that toes the line between upbeat and manic, writing funk rock music that is easily identifiable by its skilfully synchronised guitar parts and bass lines, as well as poignant lyrics and magnetic drum beats. The band is made up of music students at Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, namely: Eve O’Riordan on vocals, Max Holden on lead guitar, Ethan Calouro on rhythm guitar, Ethan Carson on bass and Hannah Gibney on drums.
